Conditions in full.

Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes only. You agree to use this website in a lawful manner and not to engage in any activity that may damage, disable, or interfere with the website or the Company’s operations.

All website content, including but not limited to text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Crosscut Cabinetry and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

Services and Estimates

Crosscut Cabinetry provides custom cabinetry, furniture, and woodworking services. All estimates, timelines, and pricing provided verbally, electronically, or through this website are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement.

Project timelines are subject to change due to material availability, design changes, scheduling, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Custom Woodwork Service Agreement

All custom woodworking projects require client approval prior to fabrication. Approval may include, but is not limited to, design drawings, material selections, finishes, dimensions, and project scope.

Once written approval is provided and fabrication begins:

  • All custom work is non-refundable

  • Design changes may result in additional costs and extended timelines

  • Material variations, including natural wood grain, color variation, knots, and texture, are inherent to custom wood products and are not considered defects

The Client acknowledges that custom woodworking is handcrafted and may contain minor variations that are consistent with industry standards and craftsmanship.

Payments and Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a project start date and initiate material ordering. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in project delays, suspension of work, or cancellation.

Changes, Delays, and Cancellations

Any changes to the project scope must be submitted and approved in writing. Additional costs and timeline adjustments may apply.

If a project is canceled after materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun, the Client is responsible for costs incurred to date, including materials, labor, and administrative expenses. Custom materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Installation and Site Conditions

The Client is responsible for ensuring the job site is accessible, safe, and prepared for installation. Crosscut Cabinetry is not responsible for delays or damages caused by structural issues, inaccurate measurements provided by others, or site conditions beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans, and visual materials created by Crosscut Cabinetry remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. These materials may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crosscut Cabinetry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.
